GALAXY OF WELLNESS
During the 1-hour workshop, we’ll meet a lot of fun characters along our journey through mental health wellness while we visit the following planets with Stella Moonbeam! Participants under age 16 will receive a Cosmic Discovery Box© to help remind them of all the tools covered in the workshop.

Bringing some laughter into our day with some fun games!

We'll play a game to help us see things from another’s perspective.

A writing exercise to realize all the wonderful things we have in our lives.

Going over ways we can care for ourselves so we can thrive in the face of adversity.
Stella Moonbeam comes to you! Workshop cost is $30 per attendee + $150 workshop setup.
Must be located within 40 miles of downtown Austin, Texas or Detroit, Michigan. Additional fees would apply for travel outside of these metro areas, but contact us if you have any questions!
